I have bet on countless of hands of vingt-et-un. I began working my way into the casinos when I was sixteen. I have bet on online vingt-et-un, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a little while. Given all that I have still lost a lot of funds at 21. The gambling halls have made it nearly impossible to defeat the house.
I still enjoy the game and gamble on a frequent basis. Over the years I have played a variation of twenty-one called "The Take it Leave it Method". You certainly won’t get flush with this method or defeat the house, still you will have a lot of fun. This tactic is built on the fact that blackjack appears to be a match of streaks. When you are hot your on fire, and when you are not you are NOT!
I gamble with basic strategy vingt-et-un. When I lose I bet the table minimum on the subsequent hand. If I do not win again I bet the lowest amount allowed on the next hand again etc. As soon as I win I take the payout paid to me and I bet the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original bet. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I lower the action back down to the original bet.
I am very disciplined and do not "chicken out". It gets extremely thrilling on occasion. If you succeed at a few hands in a row your wagers go up very fast. Before you realize it you are gambling $100-200per hand. I have had great runs a couple of times now. I departed a $5 table at the Venetian a couple of years back with $750 after 45 minutes using this technique! And a couple of months ago in Macau I left a game with $1200!
You must understand that you can say good-bye to much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be amazed at the runs you notice gamble this way. Below is a chart of what you would bet if you continue winning at a five dollar table.
Bet $5
Take five dollar paid to you, leave the initial five dollar wager
Wager five dollar
Leave five dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of 10 dollar
Bet $10
Take 10 dollar paid-out to you, leave the original $10 wager
Wager 10 dollar
Leave 10 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of 20 dollar
Wager twenty dollar
Take $20 paid to you, leave the original $20 bet
Bet $20
Leave $20 paid to you for a total bet of 40 dollar
Wager forty dollar
Take forty dollar paid-out to you, leave the original 40 dollar wager
Wager $40
Leave 40 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of 80 dollar
Wager 80 dollar
Take 80 dollar paid to you, leave the initial $80 wager
Bet $80
Leave 80 dollar paid to you for a total bet of one hundred and sixty dollar
Wager one hundred and sixty dollar
Take $160 paid to you, leave the initial 160 dollar bet
If you departed at this point you would be up three hundred and 15 dollars !!
It is herculean to go on a run this long, but it will happen. And when it does you mustn’t deviate and lower your wager or the end result won’t be the same.
