I have played countless of rounds of blackjack. I began sneaking into the gambling halls when I was sixteen. I have played online blackjack, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short time. Given all that I have still lost a lot of money at blackjack. The gambling halls have made it nearly impossible to beat the casino.
I still like the game and play on a frequent basis. Over this time period I have wagered on a variation of 21 called "The Take it Leave it Method". You certainly won’t get flush with this method or beat the house, nonetheless you will have a lot of fun. This tactic is built on the fact that 21 seems to be a match of streaks. When you are on fire your on fire, and when you’re not you’re NOT!
I wager with basic strategy twenty-one. When I do not win I bet the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand. If I don’t win again I bet the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand again etc. Once I win I take the payout paid to me and I bet the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original wager. I continue wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I return the bet back down to the original bet.
I am very strict and do not "chicken out". It gets very thrilling sometimes. If you win a few hands in sequence your bets go up very quick. Before you know it you are gambling $100-200/ hand. I have had fantastic streaks a couple of times now. I departed a $5 table at the Luxor a few years back with $750 after 45 mins using this tactic! And a number of months ago in Sin City I left a table with $1200!
You must understand that you can say good-bye to a great deal faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be astonished at the streaks you see playing this way. Here is a chart of what you would bet if you kept winning at a 5 dollar table.
Wager five dollar
Take 5 dollar paid to you, leave the first five dollar bet
Bet $5
Leave $5 paid-out to you for a total bet of ten dollar
Wager ten dollar
Take 10 dollar paid to you, leave the initial $10 bet
Bet $10
Leave $10 paid-out to you for a total wager of $20
Wager twenty dollar
Take $20 paid to you, leave the first twenty dollar wager
Wager 20 dollar
Leave 20 dollar paid to you for a total wager of 40 dollar
Bet 40 dollar
Take $40 paid-out to you, leave the original 40 dollar bet
Wager $40
Leave 40 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of eighty dollar
Bet $80
Take $80 paid-out to you, leave the first $80 bet
Bet $80
Leave 80 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of $160
Bet one hundred and sixty dollar
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid to you, leave the original $160 wager
If you departed at this moment you would be up $315 !!
It is difficult to go on a streak this long, but it occasionally happen. And when it does you must NOT alter and drop your wager or the end result will not be the same.
